Workflow Stages
1. Order Receipt
- Order received (Status: Paid)
- Stock check: in-house → supplier → customer query
- If out of stock: Contact customer → Cancel/Refund OR Wait for availability
2. Stock Allocation
- Order stock (prioritize for next-day shipping)
- Allocate stock
- Check delivery for damaged/missed items
- Fault path: Notify supplier → Log fault → Contact customer
3. Pretreating
- Prepare garment for print
- If faulty, return to pretreat
4. Printing
- Confirm print settings
- DTG Print (Status: Printing)
- Check print quality — Failed → Log fault
- Back print required? → Loop back for second print
- Relabelling required? → Pretreat label → Print label → Sew label
5. Packing & Shipping
- Quality check (Status: Quality Check)
- Faulty → Log fault → Notify customer
- Pass → Attach finishing items → Pack → Print courier label (Status: Shipped)
